🛍️ Orders & Payments

Q. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add the desired products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details and choose your preferred payment method to place your order.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD may not be available in all locations.

Q. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Please contact us immediately at support@growwcart.in or +91 8238205860 if you need to make a change.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes! We deliver to most pin codes across India.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes:

  • 3–5 business days in metro cities

  • 5–7 business days in other areas

  • 7–10 days in remote or rural locations

Q. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

📦 Returns & Refunds

Q. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective or non-functional items

  • Incorrect items received

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof.

Q. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for reasons like "I didn’t like the product" or "I changed my mind." Please review product details carefully before buying.

Q. How do I request a return or refund?
Contact us at support@growwcart.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8238205860 with your order ID and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.

Q. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Yes, your data and payments are protected with SSL encryption and processed through secure payment gateways.

Q. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and view order history easily.
